"Hello! I'm Sarah, the lead product designer at FarmIQ Systems Ltd. I have been contributing my skills to this company for nearly two years now. Originally from the north of the UK, I made the move to Aotearoa New Zealand a decade ago, putting down roots in Featherston, and I have never looked back. It's been an amazing journey, and I've developed a real passion for understanding farm life by engaging with our customers. You might have seen me around!
One of the highlights of my career has been leading a team of four designers here at FarmIQ. I find it incredibly rewarding to nurture talent and witness their growth. Together, we are committed to continuously improving our applications, simplifying the lives of farmers, and providing them with the tools they need to excel in an ever-evolving industry. Whether we're brainstorming the next big feature or diving into the nitty-gritty of design details, we're always ready for the challenge!
When I'm not deeply involved in design projects, you'll often find me getting my hands dirty - quite literally! Whether I'm working with clay on rainy days or exploring the great outdoors, I thrive by doing. Tramping, biking, and running are my favourite activities when the sun's out, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful landscapes that Aotearoa New Zealand has to offer."
